Debonded floor or wall tiles emit a hollow or "drummy" sound when tapped or walked on. If left untreated the tiles will continue to deteriorate.

Untreated, these tiles will continue to deteriorate- the grouting will crumble and the tiles will eventually dislodge or break. There is an alternative and a more cost effective alternative to replacing tiles.
